The Flutter Sweet Sweater by Heart of Haute is a limited collection top. Made of a soft cotton blend jersey wrap sweater, you can either tie it in the front or wrap around. The sleeve edge does roll a little since its a knit sewn at an angle. We love to pair these with just about any one of our sleeveless dresses or bow tops! Has 3/4 sleeves and an adjustable tie. Quantities are limited!

Measurements, Bust/Waist:
Measurements are taken flat to max stretch. The waist can also be tied much tighter to fit, so we suggest going mostly by the bust measurement when choosing your size. The sleeve is also very fitted. These are the true measurements, taken in our Salem store by a Millie associate!
